And you thought Christmas break was just a rat-race holiday where you over-eat, over-spend, under-sleep, and under-relax.  A report publicized last week states that more heart attacks happen between December 25 and January 7 than any other day in the year.

Take some time this week to talk to friends.  Stop during the next 2 weeks and say ‘hello’ to neighbors.  Spend an hour to just say ‘thank you’ to God for where you ‘are’ today and where you ‘are not.’  Get up, get out, lend a hand to help someone.  Get away to a quiet place and tell God you love him and need direction for the issues you are facing.   Life can be fun!!!!

Merry Christmas!!!!
